Advertising Specifications

Circulation

The Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Virtual Wedding Guide is Monthly online only publication. (www.lvchamber.com/wedding-guide/) Listings will be updated monthly. Content will be updated 4 times a year.

Billing Policies

Basic and Enhanced listing: 100% due at signing. Advertising: 50% due at signing. Balance due within 30 days of contract signing.

Eligibility

Members must be in good standing with the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce to be eligible to advertise in The Virtual Wedding Guide. Non-members may advertise at a 25% premium.

Production Requirements

Digital Requirements

The Virtual Wedding Guide is a Flash Based publication. Users can zoom in and magnify the guide for better legibility. Pixelation of photos will occur when the guide is magnified causing loss of image quality. The individual pixels of the any pixle-based artwork will become apparent to the viewer when the guide is magnified. To maintain the legibility of your advertisement, Adobe EPS/PDF files with text converted to vector shapes are preferred. Maximum resolution of 72 dpi at 100% is required.

Native application files in CS2 InDesign , CS2 Illustrator or CS2 PhotoShop are accepted. Font and graphic files are required for all files. Maximum resolution of 72 dpi at 100% is required. Store all documents in one self-extracting Stuffit or zip folder. (Font Issues: We can only accept Mac PS or Open Type fonts. If you use True Type or Multiple Master, they must be outlined.)

Rich Media

Animated Ads/SWF Files are currently not accepted at this time. Please contact jchambers@lvchamber.com for further information.

Submissions

All submissions must be accompanied by a hard-copy or flattened JPG proof and complete format details.
